Credit Advisory | Apache Redstone & Company

Build Credit Capacity. Protect Cash Flow. Finance Growth.
Apache Redstone Consulting helps middle-market, fintechs and emerging-growth companies build the credit foundation to buy, sell, and grow with confidence. We advise on both sides of commercial credit: how your company earns access to capital and trade terms, and how it extends credit to customers without compromising cash flow.
What we do
Commercial credit is an operating advantage when it is managed with discipline. We combine fundamental analysis with practical finance and operating judgment to help clients strengthen creditworthiness, access appropriate capital, and manage customer and vendor risk.
Corporate credit profile development
Establish or improve the business-credit profile that suppliers, lenders, and other counterparties use to assess your company. This may include readiness for D&B, Experian Business, and Equifax Business profiles, as appropriate, and a plan to strengthen the supporting financial and operational story. We do not guarantee credit approvals or scores.
Trade credit and customer-risk policy
Design practical credit policies for your B2B customers: approval criteria, exposure limits, Net-30/60 terms, exception authority, monitoring, collections escalation, and reporting. The objective is to support sales while protecting working capital and reducing bad-debt risk.
Working capital and commercial finance optimization
Assess the role of revolving lines, asset-based lending, equipment finance and leasing, revenue-based financing, secured and unsecured credit, and subordinated debt in the company’s capital plan. We help clients prepare for the right conversations and evaluate terms in the context of cash flow, growth, and risk.
Fundamental credit analysis and lender readiness
Deep analysis of cash generation, collateral, leverage, repayment capacity, and downside risk to help clients present a credible case to capital providers and negotiate from a position of preparation.
Our Approach
1. Map the credit ecosystem
We examine the company’s operating cycle, credit profile, capital needs, customer exposures, and supplier relationships.
2. Identify the leverage points
We focus on the decisions and actions most likely to improve terms, protect cash flow, or reduce risk.
3. Build the action plan
We prioritize the next steps, owners, and timing required to execute with confidence.

– Management is seeking working-capital facilities, equipment financing, or larger corporate credit lines.
– Vendor terms, customer defaults, or concentration exposures are placing pressure on cash flow.
– A lender, board, or investor needs a clearer credit story and decision record.
The deliverable
Every engagement is tailored to the decision. Typical outputs include a credit-profile roadmap, B2B credit-policy framework, customer-risk assessment, lender-readiness package, financing comparison, or executive action plan.
